Throughout his career Kyle has diligently applied his understanding of people and their needs to create strong personal relationships that help his clients find the life they love.
Kyle is a full-time REALTOR® and the broker/owner of Bay Shores Real Estate, servicing clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with buying and selling homes, investing in real estate, and even creating multiple income streams with long-term and short-term rentals through sites like Airbnb. Kyle is also skilled in property management, mortgage credit counseling, staging and design, cleanouts, and home cleaning services – making him the ultimate well-rounded agent.
Through Bay Shores Real Estate he has established a partnership of professionals each dedicated to bringing their diverse talents together under one roof, offering all the key real estate-related services that their valued clients need and want.
Knowing how best to serve his clients not only takes a strong knowledge of the industry itself, but most importantly it takes a keen understanding of what impacts the value of a home. Through his own personal experience buying, selling, renting, and renovating properties, Kyle has learned what negatively and positively impacts homes, and how that relates to design elements, staging, and investing.
With a master’s degree in clinical psychology and over 18 years of experience buying, selling, renovating, renting, and investing in real estate both personally and professionally, Kyle has developed a unique skill set that gives him an edge in today’s real estate market. Sometimes Kyle jokes about how he uses his psychology background to analyze things, but truth be told, this unique skill is what makes him stand out in his profession. He has an ability to focus on the true needs and wants of each client, creating a personalized experience based on trust.
Kyle’s secondary degree in Art fuels his passion for designing and staging properties, whether for rehabs or rental – which makes him a valuable asset for anyone looking to invest in real estate to grow their net worth and establish generational wealth.
Of his TOP 5 core values of honesty, integrity, knowledge, compassion, and communication, he believes that communication is the key to his success. Being able to listen intently to his clients’ needs allows him to gain insight into exactly what each person wants and how to find it, allowing him to provide solutions that will allow each client to live the life they love!
When Kyle is not working, he enjoys playing ice hockey and working out. He loves to travel and enjoys amazing food, especially locally in Newport, RI. His favorite pastime is playing with his dog Princeton, aka “the smartest Aussie ever”. They enjoy snuggling and playing fetch with all their toys.

Derek Fortuna is a licensed REALTOR® representing clients in MA and RI. Having grown up in Southeast Massachusetts and now a Dighton resident, Derek provides his clients with essential local housing market insights to assist them in buying, selling, renting, and investing in properties.
Derek earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management from Bridgewater State University. He leverages his management experience to help navigate his clients through the entire process of purchasing or selling a home. His background in Finance helps his clients understand the financial benefits of being a homeowner or investing in real estate.
When Derek is not at the office or volunteering, you can often find him working on projects around his house, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
